Cosmetic Defects
These stands are hand made in very low volumes as as such there may be minor cosmetic defects; things like marginal blemishes on the tubing, or imperfections in the cut edges of the folding arms. The materials used are highly corrosion resistant and these marks will not affect the performance of the stand.
Please be aware that when ordering The Stand these marks may be present. If you are the kind of person who expects cosmetic perfection, please look elsewhere.
Shipping
Shipping costs are extremely changeable and while I endeavor to keep these up to date, and provide a cost effective option for each country, its not possible for me to monitor it continuously. I reserve the right to refuse a sale for a full refund if shipping costs have moved significantly. In these extremely rare cases I will get in contact with you to explain why. UK Mainland
Delivery to the UK mainland is included in the price.
The courier will be selected on an order by order basis to provide you the best option. I will always select a delivery service that provides tracking and aims to give 48hrs delivery.

Mainland USA
Delivery to the Mainland USA is charged at a flat rate of £42 per order. I will endeavor to select a service that provides tracking and aims to give 3-5 working day delivery.
Because of the value of The Stand you should not be required to pay import duties. However, by placing an order you are accepting responsibility for any charges arising from the import of the goods.
It is imperative you provide an accurate email address and phone number at checkout to ensure you can be contacted by customs if needed. If you don’t, its highly likely the product will be returned to the UK. If this happens I will be unable to refund the cost of the shipping to you.

Germany
Delivery to Germany is charged at a flat rate of £18. I will endeavor to select a service that provides tracking and aims to give 3-5 working day delivery.
If placing an order to Germany you accept responsibility for any charges arising from the import of the goods. These fees are estimated to be approximately £30.
It is imperative you provide an accurate email address and phone number at checkout to ensure you can be contacted by customs if needed. If you don’t, its highly likely the product will be returned to the UK. If this happens I will be unable to refund the cost of the shipping to you.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please email h.thestand@gmail.com before 5pm on Monday.
If you wish to cancel an order when goods have already been dispatched or delivered, you must email h.thestand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
Products must be returned within 14 days of you having notified me of your desire to cancel.
All products must be returned in the original packaging in an unused condition. I cannot accept returns if the product is damaged or not in a re-saleable condition.
Please note I cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit so I advise using an insured and recorded method. I will request proof of delivery if lost in transit.
Refunds may take up to 28 days to process but I will always endeavour to process them as quickly as possible.
